Boats, trailers, other tow devices must have written permission from mgmt to be parked on property. Vehicle must fit in 1 parking space without overhang. Guests are required to park in designated guest parking where applicable No vehicles allowed on grass at any time for any reason. Resident will be charged a $50 fine for violation of any of these rules in addition to any and all other remedies available to owner including up to eviction.
